Hi @sonalibhaga,

go to the particular Knowledge Base, scroll to the Can Read related list and click right mouse button to any of the column labels and click List Control:

And there you can omit it for all the users checking this field:

or selecting roles by keeping it unchecked and adjusting the Edit roles:

who else should see? what do you mean by Ownership group members?
