Hello Experts.
I have to add edit button to one of my related lists but "Omit edit button" is read only. Why is that? How to show edit button on related list?

Hi,
It is out of the box behavior for Defined relationships you cannot have edit button
This KB mentions the same
The New or Edit button does not appear on a one-to-many related list
This field level WRITE ACL restricts the Omit edit button field on list control table; if you wish you can update it with admin overrides and you can see the edit button

Hi again,
I changed ACL so admin can override. I unchecked "Omit edit button" checkbox but there is still no edit button. Any suggestions?

Ok I think i get it. I cannot set edit button up for defined relationships. Is there other way to give user posibility to add list of CIs on audit form view?

Hi,
Since defined relationship has custom query so system won't know what/which relationship you are editing.
So I would suggest to avoid doing this.
