on-call incident assignment

I have a requirement to use the on-call schedule to assign incident to members of the group that our in the on-call schedule.   What is the best way to go about this?

I dont' have that workflow.   After doing some checking that workflow is only available if the notify plugin is turned on which i'm pretty sure has a cost to it.


Brian, you are correct Notify is a licensed application, but only in your production instance.   You can spin up a developer instance on the Developer portal and enable Notify to see the workflow.
