Wanted to know if it's possible to add a user (in this case as a secondary or tertiary) on the on-call calendar, without adding them to the assignment group. This will be a high level manager who may not want the added influx of task notifications, but can be included generally as a backup and for incident/request visibility.
Is this a possibility, or is there a way to clue someone in on alerts within the instance without being a group member? Thanks!
