Is there any way to schedule a report for an On-Call schedule?
We want a report automatically generated (NOT having to go into the module to the Schedule Reports (under On-Call), you have to manually do that.
Can someone please tell me if there's a way to pick a specific calendar and have a report that shows who's on call and have it actually scheduled?

I don't think there is any simple way of doing this, atleast from what i'm aware of.
You can log in a HI ticket and see if they have a straight forward solution for this.

Have you had any luck with this? I am having this same issue. Its crazy there is no way to just create a simple scheduled report to see who is on call.

Hi - no progress yet. It is super frustrating that there's no way to do this. I logged a HI ticket and need to reach out to them to see what they had to say. I will respond to you if there's anything of value that they say, but i doubt it. I'll keep ya posted

I actually did the exact same thing, we've been going back and forth but no luck for me. Thanks for getting back to me. I'll let ya know if we get anywhere.

Just wanted to check back in and see if you got anywhere with service-now and being able to schedule or do any kind of reporting for who is on-call. I got no where with my HI ticket. still cant believe there isn't a way to do this.
