On-Call Scheduling>My Preferences not visible in Servicenow. How to setup On-call contact preference

I want to setup contact preferences for on-call schedule escalations. I'm not able to see contact preferences in the on-call schedules shift -> Edit escalation nor i'm able to view the My Preferences modules in the navigator. Also, tried to search in the modules if it is set to inactive but there is no module named "My Preferences"

Hello Neelima,
You will need to activate 'com.snc.notify' plugin to see that module.
