On-call scheduling

Morning all 🙂

I need to setup on-call scheduling for all our standby groups. We currently use Shifts in Microsoft Teams. On Teams we have a standby list called BST-ERP Support but ServiceNow works on assignment groups and we have 11 different ERP groups. Is there a way to add it to the roster?

@Thereza Van der  , I don't think if that is possible . On call schedule can be created one per group. There's no option to add multiple groups for one schedule. 

If you want to have a single schedule, you can probably create a parent assignment group for those 11 groups and have the same members included within it. Like this way you can create a one on call for that group as per your need.
