on cell edit to auto populate fields in List view

Hi,

 

I have 7 fields, A, B, C, D, E, F & G. When A, B, C & D are edited in the list, E, F & G should be populated. I have implemented this using Before BR, but is it possible to achieve this using OnCell Edit ?

It can be work on cell edit but make sure the both fields on List view.
