On Hold reason not is not showing on Major incident view

Does any one know why On Hold reason not is not visible on Major incident view? Is this OOB? Is there any KB we can reference regarding this? Thank you very much for your answers.

yes OOB it's not available on the form. may be that's a mistake

you can configure form layout and add it
