I am new to ServiceNow and have chosen to practice creating a Service Portal.

Now, I am stuck on downloading the 'logo.png' and 'icon.png'

Does anyone know how I can locate these PNGs? Each time I click on the hyperlinks, nothing downloads.

Please help.

You can download icons from below link. You can also download from google search and upload as you are using for practicing Service Portal creation.

You can go ahead and use these images. There’s a temporary issue with the links, but it’s nothing to worry about.
