On SP My Tickets display count in the header is not matching with the actual My Open tickets Count

Hello,

On Service Portal, the My Tickets count in the header bar is not matching with the My open ticket count displays below when clicking on View all tickets.

Please check the screenshot below :

Can anybody tell me the reason of the difference in count displaying in the header bar and bellow for specific users.

This is the configuration. The count shows correct for some users and the count shows different fore some users.

I´ve two settings. One for Request and one for req_item. 
It sounds to me that it is due to the filter settings.

I have also the settings configured for request and incident also. But I am wondering how the same settings is working for some users (Header count matches below count) and not showing the correct count for some users.
