on submit client script (glide ajax call)triggering without submit or save action

Hi,

we have an on submit client script which calls glide ajax. If the users tries to view the history or trying to change the view, the onsubmit script is triggering without save or submit to the record.
Any thoughts on the resolution and the reason for it.

Any help will be appreciated.
