On template is only allow itil assignment group

Hello there,

On the incident template, I want the assignment group to show only the ITIL assignment group to be displayed.  Should I create onLoad script to handle it?

Hi @LilianNgo,

Please re-check the query, the template is used for pre-filled values and we can add one assignment group withint the template. If you try to restrict for ITIL type assignment only then how you configure non-itil based template for other tables.

You can modify the dictionary of field "Assignment group" on incident table.
