On the Contract management module, why do we have 2 renew ui actions and how do we differentiate based on the contract models.

Here are few examples

1. Contract model is "Maintenance" and you can see a renew UI action which would trigger the Renewal flow.

When we hit ui action, this is what we can see. when we click on OK, renewal flow will be triggered and it should complete a complex flow with multiple renewal tasks.

2. Below screenshot shows the contract model as "Master Services Agreement" and you can see a renew UI action which would just show a UI page as shown below when we hit UI action.

This is the Ui page which would pop up and when submitted for review, the contract will be renewed once apporoved.

So, here I am trying to understand this process, how are we differentiating this behaviour based on the contract models.
