On the Interaction record how can we create the request like Agent workspace view.

Hi All,

For the Walkup Interaction record when we click on the 'Create Request' button it shows the result as below.

We want this should appear on the platform side when a user clicked on the 'Create Request' link UI Action. But it is not showing all categories or items as above. Please check the following step in the screenshots we are following on the platform side.

As you can see in the step 3 screenshot we are not getting results inside the 'Service Catalog' as an agent workspace.

How can we get the same result as the Agent workspace view? or is it possible or not?
