onChange script error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined

Hi, I have not modified the client script related to the Software Entitlement, and this error occurs.

Does anyone know why it's happening? Could it be a system or plug-in version problem?

HI the issue is with one of your client script looking for getTotalcost and gettime span. you might need to find which client script has these lines. IT says values are undefined. so there is a script which does this calculation

Hey,

Have you modified the form layout to hide any field? This could happen because of missing field on the form that is being used in one of your client script.
