I am getting that error when I try to log into my instance

Hi,



Please go to the respective user record who is facing this issue.After going to the user(sys_user) record you have to uncheck the field "Web Service access only" and update the record.



Please let me know if you are blocked.


I can't even access my instance to do this I think we need to reset password and username , I would appreciate if you could help me
