Hi @shivaadapa
Out-of-the-box (OOB) files are files that come with a software application when it is first installed. These files are typically pre-configured and ready to use, without the need for any customization.
Typically located in the installation directory of the application.
Customized OOB files are OOB files that have been modified to meet the specific needs of a user or organization. These files may have been modified to add new features, change the look and feel of the application, or fix bugs.
Located in the same directory as the OOB files, but with a different file extension (e.g., .xml.custom).
Customized files are files that have been created by a user or organization from scratch. These files may be used to implement new functionality or to integrate the application with other systems.
Located in a separate directory from the OOB and customized OOB files.
Please, don't forget to mark my answer as correct if it solves your issue or mark it as helpful if it is relevant for you!
