Hi,

what are these OOB files , customized OOB files, custom files ?

how can i get the above data in my system to make a pie cahart?

Hi @shivaadapa ,

OOB Files: These are standard records that come with ServiceNow, like tables and forms.
Customized OOB Files: These are OOB files you've changed to fit your needs.
Custom Files: These are records you've made from scratch for your unique processes.
Instance Application files report check which table it is on and create pie chart.
