I've noticed that the 'Extend Your Session' popup appears correctly in the Portal View, but not in the Native View after enabling sso despite verifying that ⁠ glide.ui.session_timeleft ⁠ and ⁠ glide.ui.session_timeout ⁠ system properties are properly configured. What could be causing this discrepancy?"

I have also checked below properties

-like glide.ui.session_timeout.extend, glide.ui.session_timeout.extend_frequency, glide.ui.session_timeout.warning

-Tested in different browser clearing history,cache, cookies

Hi Prati,

This could be from SSO configuration, since you already verified from UI.

Try verifying SSO session timeout or token refresh timings. If these are different to UI settings, SSO takes priority & overrides the session.
