OOB "KM: Article Expiry Warning" is not working

Hi All,
I'm trying to test OOB notification "KM: Article Expiry Warning" but email is not triggering yet, am i testing wrongly ? (kindly check the attached kb). I have made this property true "glide.knowman.enable_article_expiry_notification".
I created kb article today i.e 20-08-2024 my article expires 19-09-2024. i executed schedule job but still no luck

Hi @SM123,
I tried a similar example in my PDI and it works. Can you make sure the author has a valid email as well as the owner of the knowledge base?

Hello,
Does IT knowledge base have an owner ? if yes check if owner is active or have an email address.

I use it and i found that the emaill will be sent out to KB Owner and KB Author.
Also check it in email logs if possible or make sure that email properties is enable.
