In OOB SOW Homepage, these reports take the group AND the parent group into consideration. The customer's requirement is to show these reports WITHOUT the parent group being taken into consideraiton ("parent" field in sys_user_group table). The OOB reports use the OOB dynamic filter: "One of my groups" which includes group's parent.
In order to fix that, I created my own dynamic filter that shows only the user's groups without the group's parent and then I created a copy of the Script include that responsible for the report and I replaced the sys_id of my dynamic filter with OOB sys_id dynamic filter.

The issue that Im still having is that the pie charts on the SOW overview are still showing the total number of records for group AND parent. However, when they click "View all" on the chart, it shows the desired values of just the group.
Pie chart shows 8 unassigned incidents (6 from the groups and 2 from the parent). but as you can see when I click view all it says the I only have 6 unassigned incidents (the correct number). I dont know why the pie still shows 8 and not 6
