How do I add an OR condition to interactive filters within a Platform Analytics dashboard

Hi everyone,

I've setup some interactive filters based on the Department table that are dependent on each other, and it filters the data within the data visualisations e.g. the correct number applies at 'Tier 3 Organisation' filter:

However, what I've noticed is that if apply a filter on the child filter 'Tier 4 Organisation', no results show:

When I click into one of the reports, it's not including an OR statement for the different entries:

I can only get the correct results to appear from the 'Tier 4 Organisation' filter by clearing out the value of the parent filter 'Tier 3 Organisation':

I'm currently applying the following sets of filters for each interactive filter:

I was just wondering if anyone has seen this issue before and what I need to do to fix it.

Hi @Bert_c1 I had a look at that video, but it didn't explain how to fix my issue

post some feedback on that page. Create a Support Case (however the response may be 'working-as-designed'). Wait for suggestions by others here.
