No I just wanted to know about OOB functionalities.

For OOB there is no documentation.

Read the description of the script include or just check the comments mentioned in the OOB script inlclude it will give you fair idea of what that Script inlcude utility does.

unfortunately there is no complete overview over all Script Includes.

The problem is using the word "OOTB". What does this mean? Of course there are several hundreds of Script Includes for the "core". And each product or plugin brings its own bunch of Script Includes.

The API documentation at developer.servicenow.com is probably the best place to look as most of the Script Includes are documented as part of the official API documentation.#
