OOB Survey - Smiley Face Highlighted

Hi All,

I have a requirement for Survey widget, if a user clicks on Submit button then the Highlighted BOX on the Smiley should be on Neutral, by default its on Very Dissatisfied.

I have checked all the widget related scripts and scripting on button but could not find anything.

Can create a Business Rule to set default smiley value.
