after walkup survey completion. it will not redirect page to initial page of walkup portal

Hi,

Can anyone help me on my issue.

I have implemented walkup experience OOB but from walkup portal when user takes the survey and after click on smiley it will only refresh the survey page

while it should redirect to initial page where another user can submit their name and select the reason for visit.

Yes I have checked this KB article but I have used all OOB widget, I have not customized anything and take survey widget is deprecated as shown below:

And as I checked in widget walk up exit survey call "take-assessment" widget as shown below:
