OOTB Service Portal RITM Progress bar what gives it the progress?

Hey everyone,

I have built a custom progress tracker for active request items but am trying to find out where the OOTB progress tracker tracks from. I cannot find anything on it and all the requests seem to sit at 90%, anyone know what feeds this progress or how to set it up?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's based on the completion status of the sctasks underneath the ritm.

No matter how many task they all say 90%, the stages are displayed I would think it would go off of those or the task but no matter the stage or number of tasks they all are at 90%.

I appreciate your feedback; I am looking at tracking the progress on the sc_req_item which does not have OOTB progress field like project table. Everything I find seems to talk about custom, but this OOTB progress tracker for req items has to come from somewhere. 🤔
