Open cases related list in Agent Workspace.

Hi Everyone,

 

I am working in agent workspace. When I am creating case using Create Case UI Action then case is being created but it is present under Related Tasks ( as you can see in below image )

But there is nothing under Open Cases, what type of cases come under this related list? Can anyone explain me this.

Hi

the tab "Open cases" is filled by a respective Relationship. In the following screenshot you can see the conditions for cases to be considered in that list:

So it seems, that only in cases when the Contact or the Consumer reference is the same on the Interaction and on the Case record are the same.
