Open menu item link in new tab when we click on it in service portal.

I have created new menu item in service portal.

On click of that menu item, I want to open a new window with target URL instead of new tab.

Please suggest.

I am currently using the rome release and the form view is now different but I experienced a similar situation. 

I resolved the issue by filling out the 'window name' field then the URL opened in a new tab insteasd of in the current platform view tab.
