Open one catalog item from another

Hi All

Can we open second catalog item based on what we select in the 1st catalog item and submit the values in second and return to the 1st one to enter rest of the data and submit the 1st catalog req.

any way we can handle this?

Is it also possible to close the first item ?

context: the first item will be an application access request. If a specific app is selected by the requestor, I would like to open only a dedicated request for that application. In that flow, I will avoid to have 2 requests with 2 approvals to be given.
