Open service catalog item without headers, navigator, and menu items

I created a new catalog item called "Create Incident". It opens like shown in below screenshot:

But I would like user to just see below (with attachment button):

Any idea how to achieve this?

Hi @MYTMPMAZA ,

You have to modify Breadcrumb widget to achieve this. Clone the OOB widget and make changes in cloned widget.
