Opportunity Management In ServiceNow

Hi All,

I want to know if we can use ServiceNow to manage sales processes like Lead and opportunity management.

During my primary findings I see that the sales force automation plug in is retired and no longer available for new activation

However, I could activate and see the sales application in my Jakarta version.

Kindly suggest if this is still available.

Also, if this is the best practice to handle lead/opportunity in ServiceNow, any pros/cons against a CPQ tool.

Sandeep, I'm not aware that we support the sales processes you are after in the baseline with any application. You are free to create your own application using the platform functionalities, but these require licenses to create custom applications.
