Option to start new MS Teams Chat is missing on SOW

Hi Team,

we are working on the requirement to configure Collaborate option, though all connection, setting  and roles are configured. But + symbol to start new MS Teams Chat is not available, as below :

Could someone please help in fixing the issue here.

@AKANSHA Did you ever get the Collaborate option to display the MS Teams chat/call?   We are experiencing the same in our sub production instance.
