Order confirmation variable value not visible in portal.

Hi All,

 

Once check out the Item from portal, we get Order conformation Box, In that we have different fields, One of the field Name ( New hire choice) Yes / no variable which is mandatory. 

The issue is for Admin use yes or NO choices are populating , But Non admin users choices are not populate  in dialog Box.

Please help we are unable to find where these Order confirmation pop up was configured,

Hi @varma2,

Haven't get your actual requirement but as far as i understand, that you ensure any Client Scripts that control the behavior of the Yes/No variable have the UI Type set to "All" instead of just "Desktop." This is crucial because if the UI Type is set to "Desktop" only, it won't apply to users accessing the catalog item via the Service Porta.
