I am creating an order guide for the first time and i am facing an issue.
i do have a variable set (requester details) which includes name, mgr, business unit, phone, etc)
also, the 2 catalogue items included in the order have the same variable set.
The first catalogue item has two approvals and then, the cat task is created.
The second catalogue item has one approval and then, creates the catalogue task.
What i would like to do is to start the second catalogue item once the catalogue task from the first item is created.
So far all i could do was to start the second item once the first one is completed.
any ideas on how to achieve this?
