Order Guide not displaying Next/Submit buttons in Service Catalog

When I'm in the Service Operations Workspace and put in the name of a Catalog Item in the search bar on the upper right, the Catalog Item has no "Next" or "Submit" button.

Note that this Catalog item is an Order Guide. So far, this only appears to happen with Order Guides. I'm seeing the same behavior with other Order Guides in my Service Catalog, and only when accessing it via the search bar.

Any idea how to resolve this?

Nothing. I can fill in every field on the form and still no buttons render.

Noticed this issue myself earlier on the Service Portal - it appears to be opening the order guide on a catalog item page, rather than the order guide page, have not figured out how to sort it yet though.

 

Current theory is its to do with AI search opening on the index source class, rather than the child.
