I am running into this issue on Jakarta (Patch 6) where an Order Guide that contains two record producers (for custom tables) on the Service Portal creates a Request and Items, rather than records in my custom tables. The Order guide works fine in the Native view, and generates the appropriate records. Anyone have any ideas on why and how to resolve?

I found that this is a Known Error:

Unfortunately the solution was to upgrade. 😞

I'm having the same problem, not being able to create other than RITM ticket using record producers within an order guide (Kingston).
For some reason, I'm unable to access that article (You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item).
Is there a workaround or a fix version in that article?
