The variables which are created in order guide can be stored in somewhere in servicenow?

if the variables and its values will be stored in somewhere means where they will store?

Hi @shivaadapa 

Order Guide Variables are stored in Variable Ownership [sc_item_option_mtom] table and it has Dependent Field where you can see the question and its value.
