Hello All,
I have been encountering the following issue with ServiceNow to ServiceNow integration. The REST POST method is used to send all the data like locations, companies, users, CMDB, etc.
This has been working fine for the last 2 years with no issues and suddenly we are getting these errors in prod.
org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpException: CertPathValidatorException - This issue is occurring intermittently while trying to send data to our vendor's ServiceNow instance. Vendor ServiceNow instance recently upgraded to Madrid and we are still in London.
Has anyone experienced these issues?
Regards,
Nithish

Hello All,
Here I found the kb article which has a workaround to create the system property and set it to false.

A marked solution to a known problem locked behind ServiceNow's HI support. With not everyone having access to those articles how about people detail what the outcome of that KB finding was, if marking SOLUTIONS to community problems? As that would help alot.
...And to find out the KB link to the HI support ticket, after finally gaining access from someone else, is broken!
