I'm trying to implement an Outlook Actionable Message in a survey notification in ServiceNow. Instead of sending a survey link, I want to embed the survey question directly in the email body .
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- The "Outlook Actionable Message" plugin is already installed.
- I’ve included the email script that generates the Adaptive Card JSON in the notification body. ${mail_script:include_survey_actionable}
- The notification is triggered correctly, but when the email is received, nothing appears in the email body—no card, no error, just a blank space.
Has anyone successfully implemented this for surveys? Am I missing a configuration step or a specific header/setting to make the card render in Outlook?
Any help or working examples would be greatly appreciated!
