Hi all,
Need to confirm on that their is one role which have few permissions so, the user having that specific role wanted more permission to view all email logs which is showing restricted due to ACLs. so, can we override ACL permissions. or we can't override ACLs. Is their is any specific role we can use to view all email logs without hampering ACLs. any thoughts?

Hi @GeetikaK
OOTB, there is no role mentioned in email logs module
I will not say override OOTB ACL, but create your ACL to fix this.

did you check the OOB table.None READ ACL on email logs table?
there are only 2 table level READ ACL, did you check that?
why to override existing ACLs? you can create new if customer wants
