Hi,
I am trying to override the default WF that is attached to "sc_request" table. This workflow is "Service Catalog Request". I have checked out the workflow, set it to "inactive" and published it but it is still getting used when I create a Service Catalog request. Somehow it is not reading my custom workflow. I have attached my workflow in the catalog item's workflow field but still, the default workflow is used.
What is the best way to disable the default workflow with a custom one?

Please change the If condition matches on Workflow properties to None and see if it works for you

Hi,
I am trying to do the exact same but the Conditions tab is greyed out and I am unable to make any changes! Is there a specific scope that I need to be in, I am the admin of the instance.
Thanks,
