Ownership group members not able to edit/update the knowledge article

Ownership group members not able to edit/update the knowledge article even though the owner ship group manager have has knowledge_manager and type as Knowledge in group and members of the group also have the knowledge, knowledge admin, sn_hr_knowlege.writer, knowledge_group_member. We have field called 'Ownership' prepopulated & mandatory fileld. That will populate the user name of created article. Ownership member only able to edit/publish the knowledge article.

Hello @nikhil kamlekar ,
If the person has knowledge_manager role he should be able to edit and update the same but did you tried clicking on checkout button?
If everything is OOB nothing is changed. Please raise a Hi Ticket on ServiceNow

You can use the OOB feature "User Criteria Diagnostic"to debug the knowledge access issue.
