I have a knowledge Base filter placed in knowledge management overview dashboard. And Ownership group filter also. When I select any knowledge base, the ownership group filter is not being followed. I am also pasting all the configurations for the filter. Could you please help me with this?

Are you expecting that you would have two filters where the first one is Knowledge Base and then automatically it show the ownership group filter the value associated with the selected Knowledge Base?
as far as I know, the ownership group field is available in the kb article not the knowledge base:
