PA Script to find Incidents without Incident Tasks

Hi All,

I am very new to Performance Analytics. I have a requirement to report on Incidents updated on daily basis - should have Incidents updated daily with Incident Task, without Incident Task and Total Incidents updated.

Please let me know the best possible solution for this. Can we achieve this with PA Script?

What is meaning of with incident task ? Is any flow rnun which create the inc task?

You can do it via normal reporting

change to 0 and 1

In my instance, based on some conditions Incidents might have Incident Task. The requirement is to show historical report on number of incidents with Incident Task, without Incident Tasks updated on daily basis.

If I use report module, I wont get historical data hence needed a solution on PA.

Please let me know if you know a way of getting historical data.

Hi @sivaranjani3894 ,

On the automated indicator source, you can do the same conditions as you can on a report build in the report designer, hence you do not need PA Script:
