Page blank - create request from incident

hi all

from incident  we have create request from context menu

that page redirects to <https://instance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=Fcatalogs_home.do/.........

 

But for admins the page appears 

for others its blank

 

i donot find any role restrictions, 

any directions ?

If you have catalogs active for the users, it should go to:

/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/catalogs_home.do%3Fsysparm_view%3Dcatalogs_default%26sysparm_parent_table%3Dincident%26sysparm_parent_sys_id%3D + INC_SYS_ID

 

This is in the UI action (OOB).

Hi @Priya123 

Have you checked the catalogs_home UI Page? It might help you figure out if there are any customizations or ACLs defined for this page that could be affecting it.

OOTB, it seems to be working fine based on my check with ITIL users.
