Hello there fellow community members,

Having an issue with one of my CMS pages and was hoping one of the experts could help. I am sure it is probably something simple I am missing.

When creating an Incident via CMS and clicking 'Submit', I am redirected to a page with the error 'Page Not Found - The page you are looking for could not be found'.

All of my pages appear to be linked correctly, but I am sure I am missing something. Any ideas? Let me know what further info you may need.

In your record producer, do you have anything under the 'script' field that says 'producer.redirect'?   You will probably want to look at that and adjust accordingly.
