I have configured the PagerDuty Integration using the PagerDuty spoke. We set up the configuration so that when an incident is created in ServiceNow, a corresponding incident is also created on the PagerDuty platform.
Now, the client requires that when an incident is acknowledged or resolved on the PagerDuty side, the corresponding ServiceNow incident is also updated.
To achieve this, I am trying to use the Webhook Registry, which requires a URL, a Type, and a list of Events. In other integrations (e.g., Jira), the path is automatically populated, but here it is not. What should the webhook URL be for the registry?
