PAR Dashboard data visualisation showing currency in USD always

Rachna S

Hi All,

On a PAR dashboard, we are creating a data visualisation off of the expense line breakdown table. This table has a field that shows 'Rate' applied. This rate on our rate model is in GBP and shows so on native UI and simple reports correctly. However, on the data visualisation no matter what currency the rate is stored in, it still shows the rate in dollars.

No indicators are being used here so no unit setup can fix that. Is there a way for the report to show rate in GBP instead ?

Thanks

Hi @Rachna S,
Documentation states that the currency is set based on the user's location. The documentation is available at:

Locale settings

Default currency values in reports

As a result, reporting currencies will only be displayed based on the user's location.

@Rachna S

Did you try changing the country of the logged in user to UK and see if that currency changes?

As per docs it says it picks based on user locale
