Parent Child Relationship between Maintenance Schedules and Configuration Item

I want to create Parent Child relationship between Configuration Item (cmdb_ci) and Maintenance Schedules (sm_schedule) table, the Maintenance Schedule to be the child table.

I tried it like this:

But it didn't work. Are there other ways to create a Parent Child Relationship?
